Road Tennis Warriors is operated by three thirteen (13) year old students from the St. Michael School, Barbados, as part of the Barbados Entrepreneurship Foundation (BEF) $20 Challenge. Our business creates road tennis equipment.

WHY ROAD TENNIS

We decided to create this business to encourage more people to become active and to help fight diabetes, especially for exercise for primary and secondary school students. Playing Road Tennis helps to promote a healthier lifestyle while enjoying a traditional Barbadian sport. This will help to fight the rise in childhood and adult obesity and get people moving again.

EQUIPMENT

Our Road tennis equipment is well made and well designed. We have created a portable road tennis set that includes:

  1.  Two rackets
  2.  One net
  3.  One box of chalk
  4.  One ball
  5.  One bag
  6.  One tape measure
The net is designed to be durable in all weather conditions with multiple coats of paint and varnish.

We have two thicknesses of rackets and two sizes (large for adults and small for children).
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

We are offering sponsorship opportunities for local companies or individuals who wish to be associated with promoting a healthier lifestyle for our future generation by donating sturdy, portable road tennis equipment to a school of their choice. We will put your Brand prominentaly displayed on the net and rackets for maximum exposure everytime the set is used

 We would like to donate two (2) full road tennis sets per school if possible. Read  below for more details

If you are interested in sponsoring a school for this worthy cause each set will be $420 BB ($210 US). Your sponsored set will be donated to a school of your choice on a first come first serve basis with a maximum of two sets per school as we would like to include as many schools as possible. Road tennis kits are also available to sports clubs and individuals.
